Located on a rolling Hill Country meadow minutes from Fredericksburg, TX, this traditional full production German Brewery utilizes native materials and local craftsman to blend traditional German styling and details to create a destination for craft beer and entertainment.

We ask much of our commercial spaces. They must withstand the wear and tear of constant traffic, yet be inviting to the people who visit them. We’ve designed everything from climbing gyms to distilleries.
