  • The Registered Architect will work with firm Principals on shared projects, direct and maintain their own projects and project schedules, and will coordinate and collaborate with the firm Principals. They will be responsible for carrying out tasks in a self-motivated process. Our work offers a broad range of project types and complexities and allows our Architects a diverse project base with opportunities to gain experience on various project types, without compartmentalization.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage projects from inception to completion, and hold the responsibility for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction and associated documentation and correspondence.

    Apply sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields.

    Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Independently solves problems encountered.

    Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans.

    You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality, innovative designs and direct and lead client and consultant meetings.

    Work with firm Principals occasionally on shared projects.

    Responsible for assisting in and developing the production of construction documents in Revit.

    The Architect will utilize their expertise in design, documentation, and construction to ensure that projects requirements are on time, within budget, and to client’s satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications:

    Accredited architectural degree.

    Hold a currently Architect Registration.

    Five to ten (5-10) years of professional experience

    A proficient use of Revit 2020 or newer in an office setting. Revit is our primary drafting software and is used exclusively throughout the design and project documentation phases.

    Thorough knowledge of construction, building technology, and structures

    Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Use of 3D modeling software, Revit 2022 or newer, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

    8 years or more of experience in an Architectural office

    Working Conditions:

    Open office of (currently) eleven congenial and team-minded employees.

    In-person, In-office position.

    Typically, an 8-5 schedule with some flexibility and occasional overtime.

  • The project coordinator will assist the needs of our Project Architects and Firm Principals and will be responsible for conducting tasks in a self-motivated process. Our work offers a broad range of project types and allows our interns to experience all aspects of the project from schematic design through completion of construction. We work closely to ensure IDP and ARE goals are achieved.

    Responsibilities:

    Participate in client meetings, take notes, and understand client needs to develop thoughtful and creative architectural solutions.

    Develop timely, high quality architectural designs.

    Develop technical solutions through all phases of a project with assistance from upper staff members and management.

    Produce conceptual renderings for project design and presentation.

    Prepare architectural construction documents and assist the project architect with Construction Administration and project completion.

    Possess the desire and ability to learn, advance and grow in a team-oriented work environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    Accredited architectural degree

    Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in an architectural office.

    Ability to work as part of a team.

    Self-Motivated.

    Pursuing architectural licensure.
